ORDINANCES

Be It Ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Shoal Creek Drive
Village, of Newton County Missouri, as follows:

That no building or buildings shall be erected in said Village for any purpose, residential or otherwise, until the person or persons, or entity, desiring to build said building shall first obtain from the trustees a permit to construct said building or buildings, and at said time shall furnish to the trustees a sufficient drawing or blue print so that said trustees shall be fully advised of the structure of said building, and their approval must be obtained before actual progress shall be made upon said building or buildings; and that the materials used in said building or buildings, for residential or otherwise shall be of standard quality so as to pass inspection of the trustees, or an authorized agent, and no building shall be constructed nearer than four feet to the border lines of the lot or plat of ground upon which same is being built and no house shall be built nearer than 10 ft to the next house, and the building cost and construction shall be in accordance with the National Building Code or Federal Housing Administration qualifications, all of which facts shall be divulged to the trustees before a permit to build is issued.

I, the undersigned Clerk of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Shoal Creek Drive, Newton County Missouri, hereby certify that the above and foregoing is one of the ordinances now in force and effect in said Village.
